Ayer fui a una en en DatKnoSys, en la que se hablaba del Big Data para Analizar Social Media.<!--more--><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/e-growing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/big-data-week-week.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-720 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/e-growing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/big-data-week-week-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"mobile-marketing-big-data-week-week\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nSeg\u00fan Francesc Arroyo (<a title=\"@datagoodnews\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/datagoodnews\" target=\"_blank\">@datagoodnews<\/a>), Big Data es un t\u00e9rmino que nos hemos inventado los marketinianos y que engloba tanto el Business Intelligence como el Business Analytics. Posiblemente tenga raz\u00f3n pero creo que con la nomenclatura \u201cBig Data\u201d nos adaptamos a la actualidad, al c\u00f3mo gestionar la enorme cantidad de informaci\u00f3n que generan nuestros usuarios en Internet.<br \/>\nPero realmente, \u00bfQu\u00e9 es Big Data? Seg\u00fan la <a title=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Big_data\" target=\"_blank\">Wikipedia <\/a>, Big Data es \u201cun t\u00e9rmino aplicado a conjuntos de datos que superan la capacidad del software habitual para ser capturados, gestionados y procesados en un tiempo razonable\u201d.<br \/>\nBig Data y Social Media son conceptos nuevos. Las empresas quieren encontrar c\u00f3mo diferenciarse, entender sus mercados y tambi\u00e9n sus consumidores. Hasta ahora, para definir toda esta estrategia se hab\u00edan fijado en datos de los \u00faltimos 10 o 20 a\u00f1os pero hoy d\u00eda podemos utilizar los datos que se van generando cada segundo (Big Data) para entender nuestro mercado y nuestros consumidores y dibujar nuestra estrategia a medio y largo plazo.<br \/>\nSi s\u00f3lo nos quedamos en entender el Big Data y el valor que tiene para el departamento de marketing estamos desperdiciando parte del valor que nos aportan los datos. Las empresas tienen que entender que se ha terminado la era en la que se trabajaba en departamentos cerrados y tiene que ver que hoy en d\u00eda m\u00e1s que nunca el community manager, el CMO y el CEO tienen que trabajar de la mano para conseguir que la empresa destaque en un mercado cada vez m\u00e1s competitivo.<br \/>\nExisten empresas, como <a title=\"datknosys\" href=\"http:\/\/www.datknosys.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\">DatKnoSys<\/a>, que se dedican a analizar todos estos datos pero para las Pymes y los emprendendores existen herramientas gratuitas que nos permiten analizar nuestros datos. Algunas de estas herramientas nos las dan las propias plataformas, como la API p\u00fablica de Twitter o bien, la Graph API de Facebook.<br \/>\nAqu\u00ed os dejo la presentaci\u00f3n de DatKnoSys para que pod\u00e1is ver toda la informaci\u00f3n que nos facilitaron.<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/new.livestream.com\/accounts\/3722205\/events\/2049572\/videos\/17236569\/player?autoPlay=false&amp;height=360&amp;mute=false&amp;width=640\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nLo que no debemos olvidar aquellos que trabajamos en el mundo m\u00f3vil que en algunas de nuestras aplicaciones lo que hacemos es permitir que el usuario introduzca informaci\u00f3n.
